In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the 10svip Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 10svip or any of its affiliated game studio or payment-processing partners, unless prior written approval has been obtained from 10svip management.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where such prohibition would override your status as an Indonesian resident.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 10svip Platform or subject to any active account suspension or permanent ban at the time of registration or use.

By registering an Account, you warrant to 10svip that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above, and you agree to notify 10svip immediately if your eligibility status changes at any point during your use of the Platform.

To access the full range of 10svip products, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. The following rules govern Account registration and ongoing Account management:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the 10svip Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile number, and a working email address at registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 10svip to suspend or close your Account without notice.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 10svip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out using your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you.
4. Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 10svip support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. 10svip will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.
5. Account Currency: Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) by default. Players may elect to operate a USDT-denominated wallet at the time of registration or by contacting support; conversion between IDR and USDT is applied at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of each transaction.

10svip supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian local payment methods and USDT cryptocurrency. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 10svip currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). 10svip reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 10svip may apply enhanced due-diligence procedures to large single deposits at its discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your Account automatically upon confirmation of receipt, typically within five minutes. USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation (one confirmation required for TRC-20; twelve confirmations required for ERC-20). 10svip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, e-wallet operators, or blockchain network congestion.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed automatically for KYC-verified accounts within five minutes of request submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week including Indonesian public holidays. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 48 hours while verification is completed. 10svip reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or where the transaction triggers internal compliance thresholds.

4.5 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding standard limits should contact support in advance to arrange processing.

4.6 Own Accounts Only. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. 10svip will not send withdrawal funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.

10svip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 10svip reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each player may claim each specific bonus offer only once unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion card before opt-in.
• Bonus funds expire if not wagered within the time period stated in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance automatically.
• Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake towards the wagering requirement; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 10svip reserves the right to void any bonus and reclaim bonus-derived winnings from any player who 10svip determines, at its reasonable discretion, to have exploited, abused, or manipulated any promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine participation in the promoted product.
• Bonus terms cannot be amended after a player has opted into a promotion. 10svip may, however, withdraw an unopted promotion at any time prior to the player claiming it.

6.1 Game Integrity. All Games available on the 10svip Platform are sourced from licensed, internationally certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, Habanero, and Spadegaming. Each game operates using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer products, uses physical dealing equipment under controlled conditions. 10svip does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.

6.2 Bets and Settlements. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Sportsbook bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and the stake returned to your Account. Settlement of all bets is final once published by 10svip. Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to support within 72 hours of the settlement date.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or data error affecting any Game or any part of the Platform, 10svip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund applicable stakes. 10svip will not be liable for any loss of winnings or profit arising from a Platform malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle 10svip applies in line with standard industry practice.

6.4 Sportsbook — Ante-Post and In-Play. Pre-match and in-play sportsbook markets on 10svip — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published in the Help Centre. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the bet to pay; a single void leg will result in the bet being recalculated excluding that leg. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the handicap lines published at the time the bet was accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10svip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or acting on behalf of or in collusion with any third party to benefit from multiple Accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate any Game outcome through the use of software robots, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence agents, or any other technical exploit.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account balance to any third party.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data or source code from the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are void and must be returned.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 10svip staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.

10svip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 10svip collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in. 10svip does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All player data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit TLS encryption and subject to strict access controls. 10svip retains transaction records and KYC documentation for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard financial compliance requirements, regardless of whether an Account is active or closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10svip, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, technical malfunction, or connectivity failure beyond 10svip's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or game rules.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or blockchain network operators.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10.1 Closure by Player. You may close your 10svip Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 10svip will process any eligible real-money balance as a final withdrawal to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by 10svip. 10svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold associated funds pending investigation — if 10svip reasonably determines, at its sole discretion, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Suspected money laundering or receipt of funds derived from criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the Account to be frozen or closed.
• The player is or becomes subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily applied or applied by 10svip under its responsible gaming policy.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon permanent Account closure for any reason, all accumulated bonus funds are immediately void. Real-money funds will be returned to the player via the most recent qualifying payment method, subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and provided no financial hold is in place pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law. 10svip operates as an international online gaming platform serving Indonesian players, and these Terms reflect the obligations and expectations applicable to that commercial relationship.

In the event of any dispute between you and 10svip that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Section 13 below), both parties agree to seek resolution first through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitral body applying internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 10svip Platform is lawful in the location from which you are accessing it. 10svip makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it may be prohibited.

10svip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 10svip will notify registered players by email to the address registered on their Account and/or by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any eligible real-money balance.

10svip will not apply amendments retroactively to bets or transactions that have already been confirmed and settled prior to the amendment date.
